Help your students succeed. Help your faculty stay sane.
ScholarGenie gives nursing program faculty what they've never had: AI clinical intelligence. We connect student exam performance, clinical practicum exposure, and learning behavior into a single faculty view — so your team knows which students need help right now, and exactly why.
Built for healthcare education. Launching with nursing programs in Fall 2026.
The advising paradox
Your faculty advise students with intuition, not insight. At-risk students get identified after they fail, not before. DNP project topics get chosen on hunch, then changed twice when they don’t fit student exposure.
The intelligence exists in your data — it just isn’t connected.
Your clinical placement tools track hours. Your exam prep platforms grade tests. Your LMS hosts coursework. None of them tell your faculty what to do this week. ScholarGenie does.
See every student's status at a glance
The faculty dashboard surfaces this week's priorities — the 3 to 5 students who need attention and exactly why. Not a wall of data. The specific students your faculty should advise this week, with one-sentence reasons drawn from real data.
Faculty know exactly who needs attention before the week starts.

Walk into every advising meeting prepared
ScholarGenie generates first-draft advising notes from each student's actual exam performance, clinical exposure, and engagement patterns. Faculty review, customize, and walk into meetings with context that used to take significant prep work to assemble.
Faculty walk into advising conversations prepared, not improvising.

Connect exam performance to clinical experience
The Predictor cross-reference layer surfaces exactly where each student's exam weaknesses are reinforced — or exposed — by gaps in their clinical practicum. Faculty see the diagnostic. Students get tailored learning recommendations. The same data tells two different stories.
One intelligence layer informs both faculty advising and student study direction.

AI-assisted DNP project direction
Three project topics tailored to each student's actual clinical exposure, across QI, EBP, and Program Evaluation tracks. Each suggestion cites the student's specific encounter data, recommends sample sites, and includes feasibility analysis.
Project discovery starts from real exposure data, not a blank slate.

Track clinical practicum intelligently
Students log encounters. AI categorizes them by population, domain, and exposure type. Faculty see hour progress, biggest exposure gaps, and preceptor distribution at a glance.
Practicum exposure becomes visible and actionable at the cohort level.
Built for the way nursing programs actually work
ScholarGenie is designed around the realities of FNP and DNP programs: faculty time constraints, cohort-based advising cycles, and the unique workflow of clinical practicum supervision. Built with faculty input, not for it.
What this means for your program
- Faculty advising prep that draws on real student data
- At-risk students identified earlier in the cohort
- A faster path from data to action on clinical practicum exposure
How we partner with programs
ScholarGenie engagements are structured as multi-semester partnerships, not transactions. We work closely with program leadership to configure the platform for your cohorts, train your faculty, and measure outcomes against pre-defined success criteria.
- Discovery
We learn how your program operates today.
- Configuration
We configure ScholarGenie for your cohorts and onboard your faculty.
- Pilot semester
Your faculty use ScholarGenie for advising, practicum tracking, and DNP project work.
- Outcome review
We measure faculty time savings, student outcomes, and program-level impact.
- Continuation
Most pilots convert to multi-year partnerships.
Pricing
ScholarGenie partnerships are scoped to your program’s specific needs. Pilot engagements typically run one semester with defined success metrics. Multi-year partnerships are available for programs ready to scale across cohorts.
Who’s using ScholarGenie
Built in close collaboration with graduate nursing faculty at the University of Arkansas Eleanor Mann School of Nursing. Pilot engagements for FNP and DNP programs launching Spring 2027.
Why we built ScholarGenie
ScholarGenie started in a study room.
While preparing for the MCAT, Bladen Fike — then a senior biology pre-med student at the University of Arkansas — watched classmates buried under volume that no amount of effort seemed to solve. Healthcare education was demanding more of students than ever, but the tools to support them hadn’t kept pace. He saw what AI could change, and started building.
When he reached out to graduate health programs at the University of Arkansas to share his vision, the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing answered. That conversation became a partnership. The platform you see today is built with their faculty input, designed around the realities of FNP and DNP programs.
ScholarGenie is what healthcare education looks like when AI is built into the foundation — not bolted on after the fact.
Founded: 2026 by Bladen Fike, B.A. Biology, University of Arkansas.
